Can I choose the design of my site?

Of course. You can choose from many design templates available in our portfolio, but if you encounter any particular design, send it to us we will try to fulfill your request.

When will i get my website?

This will depend on the size of the site and the content of each page. A site of up to 10 pages can be delivered in approximately 3 weeks, but if the content is static (only text and images) it can be delivered in approximately two weeks. 

Can i modify the design after the project has started?

No, unless you pay for all changes needed. We will let you see the progress made on your website. After a design is approved you only have to provide the content of your website and we'll do the rest. The time invested on the concept and development is considerable, for such reason, if you decide to change it we will have to start the process from the beginning.

Once the project has been completed. Will Virtual Design take care of its upkeep?

Of course! Virtual Design offers this service to all costumers who need it. For a low monthly fee we will create a back-up of you site, modify text, replace images, perform a disk cleanup, clean the cache and other services. All modifications are done in a weekly basis and back-ups every month. You can request more information by filling the contact form.

Do you offer web-hosting service?

Yes, we offer this service. Remember a website contains three main components: The design of the site, Web-Hosting and Domain Name. Both the Web-hosting and Domain Name need to be paid every year in order to maintain your name and keep your site fully functional.

Why do Christian ministries have discounts?

First, this is our contribution as Christians to spread the word of God throughout the world. Second, because churches are non-profit organizations.

Are prices negotiable?

Some prices are negotiable. Our prices can vary depending on the number of components you need; the current price list is based on static sites up to 15 pages..
